Exams are over, junior year is over, and summer has just begun.
I’ve been study-lagging for 11 days (since March 7) that’s why I haven’t been blogging or Tweeting about my mischievousness. And during those days, three wonderful things happened in my life. First, it was this blog’s second birthday last March 14 but because I had exams the next day, I wasn’t able to post a special entry. Second, I hanged out with my barkada last Tuesday at SM North Edsa after class. And third, I was blessed with a surprising increase of followers on Tumblr (122) and Twitter (130) during my 11-day net-cation. Wait, what do you want me to storytell first? The birthday would have to be on a separate entry so I’ll just tell the big gimmick first.
For the past few weeks, I’ve been hanging out with my wonderful kada formed last January 6 of this year. I had a great time at the Bandfest because of them. Now last Tuesday (also our last day in school), we hopped around SM North for our first gimmick. Too bad we weren’t complete at the gimmick because Bev wasn’t allowed due to personal reasons. Anyways, the five of us (Katt, Kharisse, Gelz, Aly and I) had fun there. We ate yummy Milko ice cream cones, stayed at NBS for about 30 minutes, ate at the Foodcourt, took pictures at the Sky Garden, and watched a taping of TV5’s Talentadong Pinoy inside the Skydome. Wait, did you know that Ryan Agoncillo (Talentadong Pinoy host) looks better in person? Yup, we got starstruck upon seeing him. Plus, up-and-coming boyband Boyz Avenue performed for the pre-taping of the show and they’re very talented. I have two videos but I will upload them soon. And Ryan is a credible host ready to entertain the viewers. Kudos to him!
Why did I choose to label this entry after Jason Derulo’s catchy first single? I’ve been LSS on this for days especially the chorus. Here are some sample lines:
I just gotta let you know
I know what I did wasn’t clever
But me and you we’re meant to be together
I just then realized it’s a song for people who were caught cheating. Ouch!
Two things I’m positive about (hell no, this ain’t Twilight!):
1. I wanna watch Cobra Starship live on the 25th at the Trinoma Activity Center.
2. I wanna watch Wrestlemania 26 because the three Legacy members will be battling against each other - let Cody win, please!!!
