Still your daughter still the same

Last Sunday was the best Mother’s Day ever. The day started with the strains of the Scream trilogy, something my mom was watching that morning. The night before, we feasted on barbeque and watched Drag Me To Hell (a very creepy movie). At lunchtime, my mom and I along with Tita Badette went to SM San Lazaro for some strolling. Tita Badette had her hair trimmed while mom and I searched for somewhere satisfying to eat. It was irritating to see crowds in all of the restaurants in the lower floors so we went upstairs to the third floor. And by some miracle, Chef d'Angelo had vacant seats there. Although we were impatient because the food took so long to arrive, we had a great time eating our meals. French fries and barbeque sauce were my savory aside from the delicious Big Bird Fried Chicken. I suggest you try drinking their iced cappuccino; it’s like a cheaper version of Starbucks’ Frappuccino but with the same great taste.

Tita Badette and mom went to the mall’s HBC outlet to buy some hair-coloring products. Before we headed off to Tutuban, I and mom had our photo taken to commemorate this year’s Mother’s Day celebration. After that, we went to Tutuban to bargain-shop. And at about 5 pm, the three of us were home.
