Before anything else, here’s a public service announcement coming from yours truly.
MY THESIS DEFENSE IS IN SIX DAYS.
The good news is, I am finally done with DESFILM and INDIFLM so all I have to do is wait for next Wednesday. The bad news is, today marks the official last regular day of me as a student now that all of my classes are done. Translation: congratulations, go defend your thesis and voila, you’re a grown-up now!
I won’t miss all the hassle from writing long-arse papers, the hours spent in boring classes, and those horrid encounters with terror professors. Nevertheless, I will miss the moments I’ve had with friends and classmates, the projects we’ve done that were exhausting yet fun to do, and getting up at 5:45 AM to avoid the crowd control in the LRT which takes place at around 6:50.
I’m planning to work on making a post dedicated to the four years of my college life once I’m officially on vacation. So stay tuned!
Sidenote: our 1940s horror film for DESFILM was a success; I’m very thankful for my awesome groupmates and Sir Gerry for this experience! :)
I love you guys <3 (Photo credit to Monzie)
