This summer was the sole opportunity for me to have a shopping overhaul since I won’t have much time to think of it by the time school starts. Luckily, I was able to score some fabulous yet affordable finds that I could wear for school, special occasions, and simple hangouts. On the other hand, it was hard to think of a title for this outfit post because I wanted something appropriate. Hehe :))
*drumroll please* Let me present to you what I bought in my two-week vacation in SG and Malaysia! Forgive me for the subpar quality of the photos:
White and coral lace dress from Bugis
Shorts from KSL shopping mall in Johor Bahru, Malaysia
Pink polo and high-waist jeans from Bugis
In my previous post on our family trip to Malaysia, I mentioned about buying my first pair of Toms shoes there. The days flew by when I suddenly felt the need to buy ballet flats because like I said I won’t have all the time in the world to go to thrift stores for a pair of shoes or skinny jeans. Then yesterday the time came. My mom and I were strolling around Orchard when we found Rubi holding a “buy one, take one” shoe sale. After several fittings and mindblown debates on which pairs I should take, we were able to come up with a decision.
(from top to bottom): my very first pair of Toms shoes bought in Malaysia, black and white leopard print ballet flats, and pink striped ballet flats (both from Rubi)
Next goal to accomplish before summer vacation ends: have my nails cleaned and painted!
