In lieu of Dad’s week-long vacation here in the Philippines, we embarked on a weekend road trip with the family at Tagaytay. Overnight at Residence Inn, lunch at Leslie’s, and visited the Puzzle Mansion! It was also my golden opportunity to maximize the use of my SLR to capture moments and at the same time experiment with my photography skills.
I’ve been fascinated at the sight of bokeh lights since forever, and finally I’ve learned how to do it on my own! Practice makes perfect to achieve a more dazzling effect though.
Puzzle Mansion is a mini-wonderland for all those who appreciate art even in its tiny little pieces.
Look, it’s a place recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records for housing the largest collection of jigsaw puzzles! Feast your eyes for the puzzle recreations of some of the world’s most recognized artworks and pop culture figures:
It’s been a tremendous pleasure to be with my dad, grandparents, titos and tita, and my cousins for a family vacation like this one. To cap off this post, here are photos of the fam bam:

…aaaand let’s not forget those silly little selfies.
I got bitten by a toy snake!
Oh Tagaytay, I cannot wait to see you again.
