Tumblr and We Heart It lead me to a discovery of an artist I will never forget. Had it not been for these sites, I would not have seen these artworks bringing much expression, clamor, and vividness from an individual. That’s right folks, I’m talking about Ilse Valfre.
The biography on Valfre’s site states she was once a preschool teacher at San Diego, California where she wrote and illustrated a children’s book entitled The Bambinis. At present, she is a full-time illustrator and model who also works on fashion illustrations but never fails to abandon her plans on a book series. From her profile itself, this is a pure evidence of how exceptional and well-rounded Valfre is. How many people can draw, write, model, and teach all at the same time like her?
